I Voted!!!

I finally finished filling in my absentee ballot and sent it off today-- thanks to Mary for the stamp! I suppose I don't have to tell y'all who I voted for. If you guessed Kerry-- you are very, very smart. I'm sure that it also comes as no surprise to you that I voted "progressively" on pretty much everything else.

About the election-- I am cautiously optimistic. Frightened but also very hopeful. One thing is certain though, if Kerry is not elected, I will cry like a 7-year-old girl. My friends may think I exaggerate, as I am prone to do on occasion, but I am quite serious. You don't want to see me cry, do you?

Was Bush Wired During Last Debate?

I don't know...
but I must say that something that originally sounded like a left-wing conspiracy to me now sounds quite plausible. There were definitely awkward silences in which the president seemed to be waiting for something... a tiny voice in his ear maybe? The video of him in France being fed lines also seems quite compelling. Oh, and lest I forget, there did appear to be a bulge beneath his jacket... This would certainly explain why his team lobbied to prohibit camera shots from the back. Anywayz, check it out.
